If we don't sell it in 21 days, we keep the listing running free of cost until it's sold. No renewal fee, no second package charge.
What if buyers don't reach your price?
You hold the reserve. If the highest bid is below what you'll accept, you can reject it and we'll keep the auction running. The ₹2,999 package fee is not refunded in this case as it covers the marketing, inspection and parking costs already incurred. The 4.9% commission is only charged on a completed sale.
