If your car has an active loan, contact your bank for an NOC (No Objection Certificate) before your appointment. RC transfer cannot be completed without it.
Seller questions
It covers inspection, indoor parking and professional marketing. Once the inspection is done it is non-refundable, because those costs have already been incurred. Cancel before inspection and contact us within 48 hours for a refund to be considered.
You set the reserve price and the final call is always yours. If no bid meets it, we keep the car listed and the auction running at no extra charge until it sells.
Most cars sell within 21 days of listing. If yours takes longer, we continue marketing and auctioning it at no additional cost under our 21-day assurance.
Yes — the car must be handed over at our Saheed Nagar facility for inspection and parking. After that you don't need to be present for the auction.
You'll need an NOC from your lender before the RC can be transferred. Request it from your bank ahead of your appointment and our team will guide you through the rest.
