For sellers
You park your car at our Saheed Nagar facility, we conduct a 150+ point inspection, list it professionally, and run a live auction with verified buyers. You approve the winning bid. Full payment is settled before we hand over the car.
RC book (original), valid insurance, PUC certificate, and Aadhaar/PAN of the owner. If there's an active loan, you'll also need an NOC from your bank.
Yes. The ₹2,999 package fee is refundable if we are unable to sell your vehicle within 21 days of listing it on our platform. The package fee covers vehicle inspection, indoor parking, and professional marketing. If your vehicle is successfully sold within the 21-day period, the package fee is non-refundable. If we are unable to sell the vehicle within 21 days, the full ₹2,999 package fee will be refunded.
You set the reserve price. If the highest bid is below what you'll accept, you can reject it. We keep the listing and auction running at no extra charge until it sells.
We assure a sale within 21 days. If it takes longer, we continue at no extra cost.
Yes, for the initial handover and inspection. After that, you don't need to be present for the auction.
You'll need an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from your lender before the RC can be transferred. We'll guide you through this.
Yes, but please inform us in advance. The ₹2,999 package fee is not refunded if your vehicle has been successfully sold. If we are unable to sell within 21 days, the package fee is fully refunded.
Full payment from the buyer is collected and verified by Carbux before the car is handed over. Settlement to you happens on the same day.
On the final sale price only, after the buyer's payment is confirmed. If the car doesn't sell, no commission is charged.
For buyers
Contact us on WhatsApp or phone to register as a verified buyer. Once verified, you participate in the live auction for any car you're interested in.
Yes, every car on our floor goes through a 150+ point inspection covering mechanical, electrical, body, paint and interior. The inspection score is shown on every listing.
Yes. Contact us to schedule a viewing and test drive at our Saheed Nagar facility before the auction closes.
Buyers pay in full through Carbux. We verify receipt and only release the car to the buyer after payment is confirmed.
