By using carbux.in or any Carbux service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Carbux operates a customer-to-customer (C2C) vehicle auction and used car marketplace at BMC Bhawani Mall, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751007.

Sellers must provide accurate vehicle information, submit original documents, keep the vehicle insured throughout the listing period, inform Carbux before withdrawing the vehicle, and ensure the vehicle is road legal.

The package fee is charged at vehicle handover. It covers inspection, professional marketing and safe indoor parking.

The fee is refundable if Carbux is unable to sell the vehicle within 21 days of listing. If the vehicle is successfully sold within the 21-day period, the fee is non-refundable as all services have been delivered.

If the seller voluntarily withdraws the vehicle before the 21-day period ends, the package fee is non-refundable.

Commission is 4.9% of the final confirmed sale price. It is charged only on completed sales and is deducted from the buyer payment before settlement to the seller.

Carbux assures that your vehicle will be sold within 21 days of listing. If it is not sold within this period, Carbux will continue marketing and running auctions at no additional charge until the vehicle is sold.

If the vehicle remains unsold after 21 days, the full ₹2,999 package fee is refunded within 7 working days.

The assurance is void if the seller withdraws the vehicle, provides false or inaccurate information, fails to maintain valid insurance, or is otherwise in breach of these terms.

All bidders are verified by Carbux. The seller retains the right to reject any bid. Carbux does not guarantee any minimum sale price.

Full buyer payment is collected and verified by Carbux before vehicle delivery. Settlement to the seller occurs after deducting commission.

Buyers must be verified by Carbux before bidding. All bids are binding once accepted by the seller.

While in Carbux custody the vehicle remains insured by the seller. Carbux takes reasonable care of the vehicle but is not liable for pre-existing damage.

Carbux is a marketplace facilitator. Our maximum liability is limited to the package fee paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
